Who we are

Codeword Software Pvt. Ltd. (“Codeword”, “we”, “us”) is a software company registered in New Delhi, India, operating as Codeword Tech. This website is codeword.tech. For anything in this policy, write to info@codeword.tech.

What we collect

We collect very little, and only three ways:

• What you send us. When you submit a project brief or email us, we receive what you chose to share — typically your name, email address, and what you need. Briefs are delivered to our email inbox.
• Anonymous analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated — page views, country, and device type. It does not identify you or follow you across the web.
• Hosting logs. Our host (Vercel) processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to serve the site securely.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your data — to anyone, ever.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.
• We do not enrich, profile, or share your details with data brokers.

Third-party media

Some images and video on this site are served from content-delivery networks. Like any web request, those services see standard technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) when the media loads.

How we use what you send

To reply to you, to scope and run engagements you ask about, and to keep basic business records. That is the whole list.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as they are useful as business records. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email info@codeword.tech and we will do it.

Client project data

Data we handle inside client engagements is governed by each engagement’s own written agreement, not by this policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date. We will not quietly weaken it.
